Alfalfa Imaging
1. Project
Local grower requested that UA fly his 200 acre alfalfa plot. Field appeared completely healthy to the naked eye and grower was very happy with how the field was coming along.
2. Result
After flight, vegetative index showed several health issues that were unknown to the grower. Image was able to lead grower to specific areas where issues may be present.
3. Deliverable
Grower walked the problematic areas and was able to determine specific failures in his spray regimen. He was able to correct his crop issues and saw an improvement in his crop.
